The brand
MRBL is operated by MRBL Goods LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. References to "MRBL," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MRBL Goods LLC. References to "you" and "your" refer to the person using the site or placing the order.

The site
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, modify product descriptions, and update pricing at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the colors, veining, or finish of any piece displayed on the site will match exactly the piece delivered to you. Each piece is one of one. Variation is the nature of the material.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email and process payment. We may cancel an order at any time before shipment, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in United States dollars. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Shipping
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

Returns
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in the case of damage in transit, as described in our Refund policy.

All content on this site, including text, photography, the MRBL name, logos, and product designs, is the property of MRBL Goods LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without written consent.
