Shipping
Orders ship within seven business days of confirmation. Shipping within the United States is complimentary on every order. Delivery typically takes three to five business days within the continental United States after the order ships.
A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.
International orders
We do not offer international shipping at checkout at this time. If you would like to place an order from outside the United States, write to hello@mrblgoods.com. We will arrange shipping individually and quote any duties or carrier fees in advance.
Returns
All sales are final. Each MRBL piece is hand-carved and one of one. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
This policy reflects the nature of the work. Each brush is carved from a single block of Calacatta Viola. No two are identical. The veining cannot be repeated. The piece you reserve is the piece you receive.
Damage in transit
Each piece is packed with care. If your piece arrives damaged, write to hello@mrblgoods.com within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, MRBL is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address where you can receive packages.
