Shipping & Returns

Each MRBL piece is prepared and shipped with care, within the United States and internationally. Shipping within the United States is complimentary.

Within the United States

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation, and typically arrive within 7 business days. Shipping is complimentary on every order within the United States.

A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships.

International orders

We ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Complimentary shipping applies only to orders within the United States.

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Delivery estimates for your destination are shown at checkout.

Returns

All sales are final. Each MRBL piece is hand-carved and one of one, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. The veining cannot be repeated. The piece you choose is the piece you receive.

Damage in transit

Each piece is packed with care. If your piece arrives damaged, write to hello@mrblgoods.com within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, MRBL is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will help you file a claim with the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure address where you can receive packages.
