Privacy Policy – MRBL Instagram Tool

MRBL ("we") operates an internal tool that helps our team manage comments and direct messages on our own Instagram professional accounts (@lizmcilwee and @mrblgoods), using Meta's official Instagram API.
What we access
When someone comments on our posts or sends us a direct message, the tool displays their Instagram username, the content of the comment or message, and when it was sent. It is used only to read and respond to these interactions.
How we use it
Only to read and reply to comments and messages, and to hide or remove spam and abusive comments. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Storage
Comment and message content is loaded from Instagram when the tool is open and is not kept in a separate database. The tool stores only a local marker (the ID of an item our team has handled).
Deleting your data
To ask us to remove any information related to you, email liz.mcilwee@gmail.com with your Instagram username, and we will delete any related records within 30 days. You can also delete your comments or messages directly in Instagram at any time.
